Support for students:

For students seeking practical experience, we offer eight-month internships or co-op terms from January to August each year. During this period, students participate in our comprehensive training program and have the opportunity to engage in all team cultural events and offerings. We ensure wages are competitive and are based on the student’s competency and related work experience, recognizing their valuable contributions to the firm.

DMC is an ideal environment for students to grow and develop into competent CPAs. Our well-developed training program provides diverse opportunities in tax, accounting, audit, analytical processes, and value-added services. Students have the chance to interact with clients, take responsibility for managing their own work assignments, and even work on senior projects once their competency has been demonstrated. This comprehensive training ensures students gain practical skills and knowledge that are essential for success in the field.

I graduated from UNBC in 2015 after earning my bachelor of commerce degree with a double major in accounting and finance. I joined the team at DMC as an articling student and never looked back. CPA Professional Education Program

We invite students to continue their educational journey by completing the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) with us. Students who have successfully completed their BComm and met the prerequisite courses are eligible to join the program. Completing your CPA PEP journey with DMC includes coverage of all CPA PEP fees and related costs, as well as mentoring and coaching.
